Contact support
Email us with the account email, device model, iOS version, and a short description of the issue. We aim to acknowledge support requests within two business days and prioritize account access, deletion, export, safety, and privacy matters.
Delete your account
In the Homefold iOS app, open Profile > Settings > Delete account. This starts the account and cloud data deletion request flow.
Data export
You can request an export of account, Personal, Home, document, task, and Public Event information associated with your Homefold account.
Privacy requests
You can request access, correction, deletion, export, withdrawal of consent, or complaint handling by email. We may need to verify account ownership before acting on a request.
Report content
To report objectionable content or an abusive participant in a Public Event or shared Home, use the in-app report control where available, or email us. We act on violations, typically within 24 hours after becoming aware of them.

- Homefold is App Store coming soon in Australia and New Zealand.
- The first release is free and has no subscription, in-app purchase, or paywall.
- Your Personal space is private; you choose what to share into a Home or a Public Event.
- Home invite links and Public Event codes should be shared only with people you trust.
