Request a Homefold data export
You can request an export of personal information associated with your Homefold account, including your Personal space, your Home data, and Public Events you created. Homefold is operated by ALPHRIZE LABS PTY LTD.

What may be included
An export may include account and profile data, Personal space records, Home membership and Home records, family records, notices, documents, uploaded file metadata, screenshots, images, task records, summaries, contacts, Public Events you organized, and support request history linked to your account.
Shared and public data
Some records belong to a Home or a Public Event and may include information about other members or participants. We may limit, redact, or verify authority before exporting shared data.
How to request export
Email support@homefold.app with the account email and "Data export" in the subject. We may verify your identity, account ownership, and Home authority before preparing files, especially for shared Home or family data.
Format and timing
Where practical, exports are provided in common machine-readable formats such as JSON, CSV, or original uploaded file formats. We aim to respond to verified export requests within 30 days unless more time is needed because of request complexity, security checks, or legal requirements.
Secure delivery and expiry
If we provide a download link, it may expire after a short period for security. If a link expires, contact support@homefold.app and we can verify the request again before reissuing access.
